What we collect

Annotators: your name, email, and phone number (verified by SMS code) at signup; the languages you declare; your state and district; assessment results and the quality record of your work. Some optional profile fields are collected only with your explicit, separate consent. If you receive payouts, we collect the identity and payment details required to pay you lawfully.

Clients: your name, work email, organisation, and the source data you upload for annotation.

How we use it

To run the platform: matching tasks to annotators by language, checking and reviewing submitted work, paying annotators, and delivering results to clients. We also use contact details to tell you about your account and projects.

We do not sell personal data.

What clients see

Deliveries to clients are anonymized: annotator identities are removed before any work leaves the platform.

What annotators see

Client source data is shown to annotators only as needed to do the task, and our terms prohibit copying it or sharing it outside the platform.

Retention and your choices

We keep account data while your account is active and as required by law afterwards (for example, payment records). You can ask us to correct your details or delete your account by writing to support@aisignallab.com.
